These threaded Jeep Door Inserts replace the factory inserts. These specially designed inserts are far superior to OEM inserts in that the nut is a permanent part of the insert. With the factory installed insert, the nut is held in place by small fingers. If you press too hard on the bolt during installation, the nut is released by the fingers and drops into the bottom of the lower jeep bottom doors.
