We recently started using a new "spray-on protective coating" which has resulted in a more durable, cosmetically appealing and longer lasting luster on the jeep tops and jeep doors. This protective coating is specially formulated to not only help protect against the sun's harmful UV rays as well as other environmental factors, but also improve the overall appearance of the product its used on.

We are continuing our production of the tooling required to manufacture the Jeep Hardtop for the 2-door JK covering the years 2007 to current. We recently traveled up north to visit with one of the nations largest and most respected window manufacturers. Significant progress was made in regards to finalizing a prototype rear window for the new Bulldawg Jeep Wrangler JK hardtop. As always, the same quality and attention to detail is being being maintained to insure the JK hardtop meets our high standards
The “Discovery” model Jeep hardtop has been a huge success, far surpassing our expectations. Customers have responded with a wide variety of unique applications for the “side window opening model”. One group of customers who have shown a great deal of interest in the new model were those who used their Jeeps for hunting. The ability to be able to load big bulky items from the sides and then access the equipment quickly from either side of the vehicle is very important to this type of customer. Bulldawg is proud to announce it will soon be offering a one piece hardtop for the two-door Jeep Wrangler JK covering the year models 2007 to current(2012). The one-piece design will ensure that there are no problems associated with leaks, which seems to be a common problem seen from other hardtops that are of a multiple piece design. These tops are also expected to feature special Klegecell reinforcements laminated into the roof of the hardtops substantially increasing the rigidity and overall strength of the tops when compared to that of the competition.
This Jeep hardtop customer came all the way from Sikeston, MO to have his new Jeep hardtop installed professionally at our manufacturing facility in Chattanooga, TN. He and his friends have become avid Jeep enthusiasts who have been shopping for a Jeep hardtop and Jeep upper doors for well over a year now.
According to this customer, the 500 mile one way trip was well worth the wait. He says he knew immediately after seeing the BullDawg Jeep hardtop on our website that it was exactly what he has been searching for. Interestingly enough, upon returning to Sikeston, a number of his Jeep friends are also considering either making the trip south or ordering one of their own hard tops and having it delivered.
Coming Soon!! Our Standard TJ hardtop will soon be available with side opening bay windows. This will allow Jeep owners to easily access what’s inside their Jeeps from either side of the vehicle without having to either open their doors or go through the back hatch.

Plus, the large size of the window openings will make it much easier to handle and transport those big, bulky items which are often times difficult to deal with in a Jeep.
When we first began manufacturing and selling the Jeep Wrangler Hard Upper Doors, we had no idea of the need and demand for an installation kit to be offered within the Jeep community. The sale of both our “standard” and recently added “Deluxe” Installation kits for the upper doors have continued to grow over time as people have either misplaced the original hardware or bought a set that was missing them.

In addition, we have recently added a “Deluxe Locking Knob” kit that is once again compatible with all the major brands of Jeep upper doors currently on the market.
